ODN on cortical geometry and bone Points
strength.
▪ Randomized, double-blind placebo-
controlled trial among 214 PM
women with baseline lumbar spine T-
score -1.81 i0.83.
▪ Patients were randomized to receive
oral ODN 50 mg or weekly placebo
for 2 years.
▪ Primary end-point: % change from
baseline in LS BMD at 1 year.
